Idea for Automatic Voice Identification in Teleconferences

How about automatic voice identification of the person speaking in teleconference calls?  Usually one or more people start talking without identifying themselves.  This system would get a “voice-print” during introductions and then identify the speakers as they speak.  The speaker’s names could then be displayed on the computer screen, teleconference modules, cellular phone, or the like.
