How to Integrate "Mind-Body" and "Digital Health" - Preview of Upcoming Book

Recently, I asked on Social Media this question - "Is there any way to merge "mind-body" and "digital health"? 

I also added these words...maybe merge isn't the right word - maybe integrate, include, or .... 

 Anyhow, no answers and very little interest.  Humpf!

Well, I said to myself - Let's see "What Others have Done Before" - So, I looked and here's what I found.  I was surprised at the activity in this area - and it is increasing!

Let's start with definitions.

"Digital health is the convergence of digital technologies with health, healthcare, living, and society to enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery and make medicines more personalized and precise"

"Bodymind is an approach to understand the relationship between the human body and mind in which they are seen as a single integrated unit."
