Idea for Speaker Sincerity Meter - Tool for next election?

Spring boarding off a previous idea for phone call filtering – how about a listen-able index for speeches?  There seems to be evaluators like this for text, but not for speech.  This could be an added feature for televisions – to evaluate the sincerity index of the speaker.

Example – this new software could look for buzzwords and analyze the voice signature of the speaker using previous known data or voice signatures.  Some possible uses for this new software might be:
  • Speakers, teachers, sales people, or trainers seeking to improve their delivery style.

  • Voters, interviewers, reporters, etc. seeking to get a “read” on the prospective candidates.  This information could supplement other data on candidates.  The software could show a “sincerity gauge” during the conversation or speech plus a printout afterward.
Possible Start Building Blocks –
  • Existing concepts for lie detectors, voice recognition software, readability indexes in word process programs, etc.

  • USPTO Class/Subclasses for "How-To" ideas – 704/231, 704/273
